The ETSI e-shop application/service allows the purchase of ETSI articles using PaylineŽ Secured On-Line Payment in 6 simple steps. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions. ETSI e-shop is currently limited to the sales of the ETSI Documentation Service (EDS). The table below summarizes the functionalities of the ETSI e-shop application/service and the 6 steps to perform an on-line purchase. |

| Step 1 - Make your selection | From the ETSI catalogue enter the quantity of the desired article and click
<Submit>. If the page needs to be refreshed, click<Reset>. "Additional copies" can only be purchased together with the Subscription or the Single edition of the EDS CD-ROMs. At this stage, prices are expressed without VAT. |
| Step 2 - Confirm your selection | This page displays the result of the selection which can be reviewed using <Modify>. |
| Step 3 - Identify yourself | The first time the ETSI e-shop application/service is
used, it is necessary to get registered. <Click
here to register>
will display the registration form. Fields with a red asterisk are mandatory. The next time, simply enter the email address in the appropriate field and then click <Search>. If the page needs to be refreshed, click <Reset>. |
| Step 4 - Review your order | This page displays the user's
identification & information along with the order, calculates the VAT if appropriate
and proposes the different types of delivery. <Proceed> finalizes the order. |
| Step 5 - Prepare to payment | At this stage, the final adding up is
performed to take into account the charge on delivery if any. |
| Step 6 - PaylineŽ Secured On-Line Payment | Select your card type (American Express / Visa / MasterCard), then type in your card number and the date of expiration.
Click <Submit > to validate the payment. |
| End of transaction | At the end of the transaction, a message will inform
whether the transaction has been accepted or the reason for rejection. An email notification will be sent to the user. |
